This is the model we have been looking at. First of all buy land for your group. The best deals on land is when you buy a larger quantity. So buying land that can be enough for many people makes sense. Some people strive all their lives to have just a roof over their heads and food and water. Find like minded people wanting to do the same thing don’t waste time on people that don’t see the vision. In the long run you will have to get along with all your members and investors. Your plan should include 4 to 12 investors that would have to work for the same goal. The property should have a lot for each member or family. One lot or area set aside for the community building or office for your community. The community center could simply be just a barn where members can store tools and equipment to develop members lots and tools should be available for members of the project to use to develop their lots. As climate change events increase it will become apparent that people in general will move north. The gulf states and costal areas will be hardest hit. Areas in sea level and valleys will be more vulnerable to flooding. Area’s around the Great Lakes will be desirable it hold 20% of all the fresh water in the world. Mountain, highlands, forest and undeveloped areas will be in more demand. Investors will come from area’s hard hit people will be looking to move their real estate equity to more desirable areas. From an investment point of view this will be the great migration. Insurance companies are aware of this and will not even write policies on many states and areas. That means you will not be able to get loans in many states and area’s. Our idea is fixable and profitable even from an investment point of view. We are doing research now and coming up will lots of ideas.

You should own land

If we were going to stop climate change it is too late to stop catastrophic events now happening. The climate change events are now in the news weekly. From now on it will take a united effort to reverse the damage that has already be done. This has to be done on a personal level too.

The world will be shaped by all the previous generations that did not meet the challenge of climate change. The effects of climate change are already being felt around the world, and they are only going to get worse if we do not take action.

America lets anyone from any country buy land and business here in America. All Americans should own land here and buy it up so mainly Americans own America. Raw land can be the greatest factor when it comes to reverting climate change. Ones with the mindset to protest should use their energy and money working with nature. Land has the power to do many things for you and the planet. Carbon sequestration is a naturally occurring process but happens when land is used and cultivated to make that happen. Using part of your land to do this makes an impact on the environment. Buy building from the ground up can result in getting much more than you can get from investing in just buying a home or condo. For on thing conventional housing built in the past does not take advantage of the technologies of today and lots of older structures are not designed to withstand the kind of weather changes of the future. Developing raw land has never been more possible. You can create your own energy and don’t need to be connected to any grid or dependent on any utility company. Ever phone, internet and all communications can now be done by starlink. That means you could live and build in many places that are far away from cities. Being self sufficient and independent is key in survival. When you take on a mortgage for say about 400,000 you will end up paying at current rates a payment of about 2,800.00 an month and the home will coast over 1,000,000.00 at the end of 30 years. That means you will pay about 600,000 in interest and fees. If you were to finance 100,000 to buy land your payments would be not more than 600 a month. Your property taxes and insurance on a $400,000 dollar home is about 600 a month. The average car payment is about 600 a month. We think building a place in your community of for your family for future generations would be one of the best investments you can make.

People that have homes and land can learn about people, products and services to improve, expand and make your property more eco friendly. As for the the majority of people that live in the city doing this would be a whole new way of life. The whole idea that we have is just making things possible. We feel people all ready have what they need to make this new way of living possible.

The ECO Scouts started in 2007

LC Publishing founders of ECO Scouts of America started in 2007. he idea of the group is to help children, parents and family. I the tradition of the Boy or Girl Scouts and the Indian Guides. We are creating an organization that will be local as well as on-line. Giving people a platform where people can learn and teach others about natures role in all our lives and how we are connected and dependent on each other. Just taking kids camping and exposing them to nature is sometimes a life changing experience to young minds. Sometimes people from rural areas take it for granted and people from city and suburban areas have very little connections with it. Our family and has been telling people for over 15 years that the winds of change is coming and people have to start acting and preparing fo the future. Well the future that we were talking about is what we are seeing now in real time. Young people like Greta Thunberg are making a difference. However people have to do more than looking for political change. This will not change the damage that has already been done. Involvement in nature and learning about the envoirnment will help people help change the minds and hearts of other’s that just do not think the treat is real. Extreme weather is starting to cause all kinds of changes that will effect you and your family. That is why our scouting organization is not only about kids and camping but helping to give direction, solutions and support to build a better way for people to take action to make changes what will be need to take place. To reverse climate change will be a long term mission.
We were living on the central coast of California and were looking into land that may be suitable for growing food as well as living. We found this type of land with flexible use is not that available. So we started learning and developing ideas that people can use anywhere to build living space and sustainable living more available.

We have come to believe that a new migration is starting back to living in a more sustainable way. It would take people united to come up with a plan to do this on a massive scale. Why, you say a massive scale? People will have to relocate fast in the future because of climate and economic reasons. Many place will become not as desirable as they once were and offer no resilience to surviving the future changes that the world will be going thru.

How can this be profitable? It is a mater of basic supply and demand. In the first place a lot of real estate is really obsolete. It was not built in the first place to meet the real needs of people in terms of survival and building structure. No one builds more land it is in a limited supply. The houses and zoning of a lot of land will not allow people to live in a way that is more independent and free to use land in a sustainable way and the freedom to build and develop it to be use and many ways that can product income, food and built bigger and better for future generations.
