Climate change is a ticking time bomb. The year is 2023 now in 10 years from now mankind will be fighting for survival. For the young they will be living in a world far different than now. The world will be shaped by all the previous generations that did not meet the challenge of climate change. American has always looked at itself as being free. Freedom does not require you to fight in a war. It is a place where you have the freedom to chose.

Independence starts with not being dependent on others. The United States of America was founded on the principle of freedom. The Declaration of Independence, which was signed on July 4, 1776, declared that all men are created equal and have certain unalienable rights, including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These rights are not granted by the government, but are inherent in all people.
The United States has a long history of fighting for freedom. The American Revolution was fought to free the colonies from British rule. The Civil War was fought to end slavery. And the United States has been involved in many other wars, both large and small, in the name of freedom.
But freedom is not just about fighting wars. It is also about the freedom to choose. The freedom to choose where you live, what you do for a living, and how you raise your family. That is what building a survival community is about. Being able to provide the essentials of life locally. To do this you need to build a team and have a plan. This is the model we have been looking at. First of all buy land for your group. The best deals on land is when you buy a larger quantity. So buying land that can be enough for many people makes sense. Some people strive all their lives to have just a roof over their heads and food and water. Find like minded people wanting to do the same thing don’t waste time on people that don’t see the vision. In the long run you will have to get along with all your members and investors. Your plan should include 4 to 12 investors that would have to work for the same goal. The property should have a lot for each member or family. One lot or area set aside for the community building or office for your community. The community center could simply be just a barn where members can store tools and equipment to develop members lots and tools should be available for members of the project to use to develop their lots. As climate change events increase it will become apparent that people in general will move north. The gulf states and costal areas will be hardest hit. Areas in sea level and valleys will be more vulnerable to flooding. Area’s around the Great Lakes will be desirable it hold 20% of all the fresh water in the world. Mountain, highlands, forest and undeveloped areas will be in more demand. Investors will come from area’s hard hit people will be looking to move their real estate equity to more desirable areas. From an investment point of view this will be the great migration. Insurance companies are aware of this and will not even write policies on many states and areas. That means you will not be able to get loans in many states and area’s. Our idea is fixable and profitable even from an investment point of view. We are doing research now and coming up will lots of ideas.

You should own land

If we were going to stop climate change it is too late to stop catastrophic events now happening. The climate change events are now in the news weekly. From now on it will take a united effort to reverse the damage that has already be done. This has to be done on a personal level too.

The world will be shaped by all the previous generations that did not meet the challenge of climate change. The effects of climate change are already being felt around the world, and they are only going to get worse if we do not take action.
Here are some of the ways that climate change is already shaping the world:
• Rising sea levels: Sea levels are rising at an alarming rate, and this is causing flooding and erosion in coastal areas. Millions of people are already being displaced by rising sea levels, and this number is only going to increase in the future.
• More extreme weather events: Climate change is causing more extreme weather events, such as hurricanes, floods, and droughts. These events are causing widespread damage and loss of life.
• Changes in agricultural yields: Climate change is also causing changes in agricultural yields. This is leading to food shortages and price increases.

The problem is just too big to leave to governments. We must hope for the best but prepare for the worst. There are a lot of people that will be victims and have to relocate. Our plan is to create a path and blueprint for survival and safe places to relocate to. People anywhere are welcome to build on our plans and ideas or give us yours to share. We will present ideas and plans to build better housing and survival communities. Buying land is one of the best investments on can make. We must put this idea first, whoever owns the land controls the future. There is a little controversy about immigration. Wake up! Even in Mexico you have to be a citizen to own land in that country. America lets anyone from any country buy land and business here in America. All Americans should own land here and buy it up so mainly Americans own America. Raw land can be the greatest factor when it comes to reverting climate change. Ones with the mindset to protest should use their energy and money working with nature. Land has the power to do many things for you and the planet. Carbon sequestration is a naturally occurring process but happens when land is used and cultivated to make that happen. Using part of your land to do this makes an impact on the environment. Buy building from the ground up can result in getting much more than you can get from investing in just buying a home or condo. For on thing conventional housing built in the past does not take advantage of the technologies of today and lots of older structures are not designed to withstand the kind of weather changes of the future. Developing raw land has never been more possible. You can create your own energy and don’t need to be connected to any grid or dependent on any utility company. Ever phone, internet and all communications can now be done by starlink. That means you could live and build in many places that are far away from cities. Being self sufficient and independent is key in survival. When you take on a mortgage for say about 400,000 you will end up paying at current rates a payment of about 2,800.00 an month and the home will coast over 1,000,000.00 at the end of 30 years. That means you will pay about 600,000 in interest and fees. If you were to finance 100,000 to buy land your payments would be not more than 600 a month. Your property taxes and insurance on a $400,000 dollar home is about 600 a month. The average car payment is about 600 a month. We think building a place in your community of for your family for future generations would be one of the best investments you can make.

Land “it’s all about the Earth”

Steve Jobs was a visionary. “Think different” I thinks was his most famous tag line. When it come to looking for the solution to the environmental problems that is a requirement. We all live on a planet hurling thru space so in a sense we are all space travelers on star ship earth. This planet is always changing and evolving. The biggest impact on earth now is man kinds footprint. Things will have to get worse before the human race try’s to solve the big problems and wakes up. One thing that you can not make is more land on the earth. For 20 years I have been telling people and for the most part it always falls on deft ears. So now I focus on people that can hear, think and see the problem that mankind will face. The impact is now in full view as weather events happen weekly in one part of the world or other. One solution is change the way we live. The way housing and cities are build currently is not the best it could be. In most places conventional housing does not have much land area. Housing is built to make banks, builders, corporations that own rentals, insurance companies and cities rich in taxes. As we become more of a have and have not population home ownership is just a dream to many. The American dream is no longer for everyone. Poor and working class people that just live in a state of being renters is not a good thing for anyone except the real estate corporations and landlords that own where they live. All properties should have way more land area. Captures carbon and heals the planet. Carbon sequestration is a naturally occurring process that happens when you have a lush backyard, raw land or planting plants that produce CO₂ and absorb carbon dioxide from the air as they grow, and bind it into biomass. Traditional building gives you limited land area. ECO Scouts is working with members and investors to buy land to develop in a new way. Some members are working on plans for developing land area that will not only be beautiful gardens and outdoor space but absorb carbon and provide living space and housing and industrial space for investor/members. We strongly encourage people to buy as much raw land area as they can and save it for the task of carbon sequestration and future generations. One of the reasons why people will move to safer areas in the future will be because they are climate migrants or victims of a changing planet. Climate change will change everyone and the world in the future. Some people want to build organizations to protest. We think it is more effective to work together with people that want to buy land, build and do things. We have done extensive research on the best places in America to live that are natural resistant to climate change. We found there is no place on earth that will not be effected. However there are lots of places that will be effected in extreme ways. Not only will the Climate will be changing but will cause all kinds of financial distress. In the end is will cost more the world wars, collapse companies and governments. Climate Change create a lot of confusion and stress in all kinds of ways. The world will change no matter if you want it or not. To depend of anyone or the government to solve this problem is not realistic. People have to make a change in their goals and purpose in life and move forward. Young people going to school have a lot of time before they have to have a job or finish their education. They should not take things as certain in their lives by listing to people that are preparing you for a world that has no plan for survival. You will need not only to have a plan A for things as they are but a plan B and maybe C if things go real bad.
